Bay St Louis is about 40 miles along the Mississippi coast from Ocean Springs. My league is actually St. Martin, just north of Ocean Springs.
Bay St Louis had one of the World Series last year also. Since you mentioned BSL, they are the city that got the award for next year. Seems they're doing things right.
My hat's off to them if they win a bid process but it's not much of a process with only one player.
