Counts: A. "Officials are required to give a visible count on all time-limit situations except for the 3-second lane and 10 seconds on a free throw."

Yes, I read it also. Did you see the 5 sec. court coverage? That totally does not make sense to me. Take a look and see IF you can explain it to me. One of my partners and I saw that and we both didn't get it.

I have re-looked at the "power point" presentation and have concluded that the picture is just wrong. There's nothing else to back up that picture, no complementary pictures, texts, nothing. It's just stoopid; ..., so I colored it.
