First, my assumption is NFHS. If so, you are generally correct.
You left out player control fouls, which are a kind of personal foul resulting in possession only - you probably knew this anyway.
Flagrant is always ejection - there is no and/or. There are flagrant technical and flagrant personal fouls, each with the same penalty. so if by ejection under technical you were referring to flagrant Ts, the and/or for ejection is correct.
I don't have access to my rules right now, but I believe that regular player technical leads to
disqualification on the second offense - I believe this is different than ejection but maybe I am mistaken on either point
