I have a couple of comments about the 2001 BRD.

First, the cover page lists the book as the Eighteenth Edition. It is, in fact, the 19th, as correctly stated on the copyright page. Those buying the book now will get copies of the SECOND PRINTING, which will have the correct numbers.

Second, this is the only complete volume published after the spiral-bound 1999 edition.

Finally, there was a glitch with the PDF file used by the printer. All Notes in the BRD should be italicized – and are not. That error, too, has been fixed for the SECOND PRINTING.

The publishers and I apologize for any inconvenience.

Here’s the main idea: The information between the covers is complete (according to information available at the time) and accurate as I can make it. Several additions COULD have been made to the copy used for the SECOND PRINTING. Those changes were not made as I judged that not fair to those working from the first printing.
