Yeah, I'm with the Susquehanna Valley chapter - we're about 70 miles north of Harrisburg.
Yes, DP is primarily offensive and Flex is defensive. I let coaches know at the pre-game that I want to know about every change they want to make - if they'll do that, I won't let them get into any trouble with substitutions. I want the Flex to report when coming in for the DP because we've had a lineup change (DP leaving the game and yes, must re-enter when/if coming back in). And that's a good catch/find, it is not required that the Flex report when coming in for the DP.
