Like you said it is difficult without seeing the play...

My first inclination is towards a no call...
Sometimes crashes happen and it is nothing.

What was the help defense doing? had they got to their spots first and not closing? (probably not) So not legal guarding position so they have culpability here

Offense out of control? I hate bailing out an out of control dribbler.
Dribbler is responsible too...

Was is serious enough that it had to be called?

Other thing in a play like this the offender usually does something stupid.. Panics and carries the ball, grabs the ball and falls down, if the picked up the ball they slide theyre feet..Whistle here may be for a violation...
