Here in Utah We have a coaches & captains pre-game conf. This is usually a real quick talk to remind each about their responsibilities in relationship to sportsmanship.
Here's my question. What other states do this if any? Also, do you have any penalties if the head (for that level) coach does not attend the conf. What if he/she sends an Assistant Coach?
