HELP!!!! I recently strained the achilles tendon in my left leg. Hurts like heck to walk on it, even more to run!! Since i have a boatload of varsity and college games during the next two months, i DO NOT want to miss many (if any) games!! Rest seems to help, but would welcome any other suggestions on how to deal with it. Stretches, ice, hot, etc..Are there ant wraps or braces to support the achilles?? Any advice or comment would be welcome. Thanks
