NCAAM still has the throw-in at the "point of interruption or designated spot nearest to where the foul or violation occurred) (7-3.2.c). The NCAAM rulebook uses an imaginary trapezoid instead of the rocketship as the line of demarcation, with the trapezoid starting at the free throw line extended going towards the corners where the sideline and endline intersect (7-3.2.b).
