Agree with bob jenkins and Raymond. Ten years is a long time. On my local board, after a ten year absence, such an official would be strongly encouraged to take the rule classes and mechanics classes and be
required to take the written test and the floor test like a rookie official.
On the other hand, being aware of changes may avoid some confusion.
On the third hand, depending on one's learning style, in some learners being aware of changes may cause some confusion.
