Of course, the way I was raised, I'm respectful to everybody. As a teenager, I once met Bob Cousy in a store where he was promoting his Bob Cousy PF Flyer sneakers. He gave me an autographed photo and I said, "Thank you Mr. Cousy".

In college and after, I often spent time with my best friend's family, who treated me like family. I always addressed his parents as Mr. Smith and Mrs. Smith. After years of doing this my wife admonished me to call them Bob and Marge. I just couldn't do it.
