The defense cannot commit a loss of down foul. Imagine if it were 4 & 20 at A-20 yard line. A1 is dragged down by the facemask alone at the A-22. Would it be fair to turn the ball over to the defense after the foul?
Where is that FAQ section? This seems to be cropping up a lot this year
