How long do you have? It seems to me that going over all mechanics as well as a pop quiz would take quite a while.
Do mechanics, go over situations e.g. blocked FG, blocked punt, bad snap on a try or FG, penalties, OT etc. make sure everybody has their mind right. Then take the field.
