The only thing that will nulify a balk is if all runners, including the batter runner, advance one base. If a balk occurs, you try to kill it by pointing and calling BALK but you cannot kill the play. If the pitch comes in you wait till the play is dead over and call time. At that time you award all runners one base. Batter up. G.
