We got this from IAABO today, a look back 60 years inside the 1960-61 IAABO handbook. Just like today, blocking (screening principles), traveling, the use of proper signals by officials, rebounding, post play, incidental contact, technical fouls, and intentional fouls were areas of concern in the game. For the first time that year, there was a penalty for failure to occupy the lane spaces adjacent to the end line on a free throw.
