Billy and Matt thanks but I need rule to support that. In NFHS 7.5.7 it says, "a throw in anywhere along the end line after a goal or awarded goal for basket interference or goaltending by a defensive player, as in rule 9-12 Penalty 1, the team not credited with the score must make a throw in from the end of the court where the goal was made..."

This seems to indicate not 90 feet away and I need a rule or exception or case study which states that it should be 90 feet away. I don't think spirit of the rule can apply here over what looks to be so clear above.
