The question is "why"? Does the
Offensive Initiate Contact make the defender's arms come forward?
I'm going to give the defender the benefit of the doubt on this one. I have seen players that are much worse if a defender is trying to block a shot at the last minute like in this play.
I think it is a solid no call.
