I'm not sure that you made the right call. Technically, you may be right, but I believe I would have passed on it. Seems like we may be splitting hairs with regards to where her foot was when the dribble was started versus when she really gained control versus where the foot that was in the air last touched, FC or BC. The case book play is different in that she started a dribble immediately as opposed to catching the ball. 9.9A is clearly a BC violation, while I'm not sure yours is.
