There are a couple of times however hat common sense dictates moving the all slightly. You will never take the ball directly undeneath the basket. You dont want to get blamed if the kid throws the ball against the backboard or something like that. take it to closes FT Lane line...

If it goes out in at the intersection of baseline and endline I use the sideline up a step or so, because the administration is easier ( you could move on aseline a step or so from the corner)

If there is a small floor and the table is too close or something use common sense but has been mentioned closest to the spot is the rule

92 days of 100 plus degees before a cold streak of 94 degrees broke it for us...
