Let me get this straight. So I want to make sure that the individual that post does not get the cart before the horse, and I should have said, "Oops, you got me?" So when whistleone might be assuming he is going in one situation, when it might easily be another, I am suppose to respond as "Oops you got me?" I will make sure the next time I check with you before I post. I will make sure I check with two fools that live no where near a State I live, what I should say to say to anyone about what goes on. You guys have a lot to learn about things that go on outside of your jurisdiction.
