Slowing it down, it seems he stops dribble (catches ball with right foot on the ground, steps with left, then to right)... slowing down it’s a travel, at regular speed, I’m not sure I’d get this.
If we don’t call travel, I’d be more inclined to call this on the shot. Continuous motion is the act that habitually precedes the shot...when he picks up the ball, he’s committed to shooting. He’s started the layup.... the rule allows person with ball to take the normal steps as part of layup....
