Sometimes, when the players ask (and I think they will be receptive), I say something like "It sure would be nice if someone would invent an arrow or something that we could just put on the table to tell everyone which direction we will be going."

Occasionally, that happens in the 2Q, and then after halftime, the player looks at the arrow, walks to the correct end of the court, and gives me a thumbs up.
