If you referee by the words in the rule book you might say the first contact was a player control foul. If you call that a foul regularly you will not be refereeing Kentucky v Georgia...and probably many other places imo.
The second contact occurs opposite side of paint from C. Nothing else happening for the L. I think it was a good job from both of them. C blew and held and saw L wasnt selling so he went with it. Around here, we say blow and hold from the outside simply because we know how hard it is for the lead to lay off when someone is falling at his feet. If leads not selling then C is free to take off with it. Which he did and i agree with call.

I dont know if anyone else notices this but when i see plays live, like this,fouls seems pretty clear. Slo mo im looking at it and saying what contact made defender go back like that. Slo mo can play tricks...i think...
