clarification
just one point out of that whole mess: a wrestler is not allowed to grasp clothing at all: either his (or her) opponent's or his (or her) own, ANY instance of grasping a singlet for leverage or whatever, even if it's the wrestler's OWN singlet (according to the rulebook and casebook), is a technical violation.
