The coach of my son's HS wrestling team is retiring this year after a long and successful career. I havee been asked to serve on the interview committee to select a new coach. Now, I am just a parent who has attended my son's matches and helped out in the hospitality room. My wrestling knowledge is virtually nil. Soooooo... I'm here asking if any of you would be willing to provide some good questions to ask an interviewee and what you would be looking for in a good answer.
