USAV new rules

I have to wonder what the reason for the new rule on finding a player in the match illegally and removing all points back to that point in the match. It doesn't happen very often, but when it does, this could be a very big deal and difficult to figure out. All the rule sets handled this situation the same until this year. So your 24 to 18 set has just become a 2 to 18 set. I smell tar and feathers. lol

It's actually easier for us to fix as referees. In addition, it puts more pressure on the coaches to ensure they have the right players on the court. Still a courtesy move for us, but they have the final say for their team's fate.
