I've been on stands of all sizes and descriptions from the very spartan to the very comfortable. But as for a seat.... count me out. This is not tennis.

The only thing I have to say is that I am a big dude....6'7" tall and 320 pounds...Make 'em sturdy enough to hold me!
I haven't had one collapse on me yet, but I have been on a few that I was worried about!

And thanks Andy. You ARE a big guy. I'll definitely take sturdiness into consideration. Splayed legs and good welds for sure. |

The worst stands are those that have rungs at a 90 degree angle, with widely spaced, narrow rungs, and a small area to stand in. The best are those that use steps, with a nice large standing area - remember that R1 should be able to put his/her arms at their sides comfortably!
A discreet cup holder would be good, also!
