I was talking about guys, and guys in Illinois use NFHS for High School, then USAV for college... so, yes they don't play USAV rules until they hit college (unless they play USAV Club ball during High School) and I did mention that "he" was playing the ball.

Around here club volleyball starts as early as age 10, and is played using USAV rules. By the time the kids get high school, most of them have several years experience with USAV.
