Overlap Assistance

Being a new VB official, I am still having some problems with overlaps and picking them up quickly. For those of you who are veterans here, other than experience, how are some ways you can quickly pick up overlaps?

The way I try to pick them up quickly is to find who my from 3 are, then work from there. But sometimes I think I just miss back row people overlapping, and I'm not sure enough of myself to call the overlap.
