Working on some material to present to league administrators and would like some information on what surrounding states are getting paid, we're in Kansas. Information on Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Nebraska, Colorado, Texas, Iowa, etc. in any/all sports would be appreciated. Please include as much information as you can as far as different levels, mileage, how many per crew, etc. Thanks in advance.
