Make the call interference video

Is it just me, or Ryan’s description didn’t quite match the actual video?

I am out of the country so didn’t read the “answer” in detail, but I thought it was generally accurate and could be applied to the posted video (and it matched my answer).. what did you think didn’t match the video?

It looked to me that the player who slid under the net not just "distracted" as the description said, but actually made physical contact with the opponents feet.

Perhaps, but contact and interference are separate; you can have either one without the other.

Since the ball was played back to her own side, the opponent had no play to make. So even with contact, there's no interference.

After contacting the ball, she slides forward, with her head and upper torso extending across the center line and onto the opponent’s court. Her position also “distracts” the opposing middle blocker, who looks down at her.

I watched the video again. There’s no doubt that the libero slams into the blocker’s feet and the blocker has to step back. Regardless of whether or not it is interference, “distracts” is imo way too mild of a way to describe the interaction.
