NFHS Exam Editor?

Does anyone know if the NFHS exams are reviewed for proper grammar and general understandability? It appears not.

Here's one of the options for the following question:

Q. Which of the following statements is NOT true of players contacting the ball:

A. When opposing players contact the ball at the same instant, the player on the same side of the net from which the ball falls shall be considered the last player to touch the ball.

Seems to me the answer would be much more clear if "same" and "from" were deleted...

A (my edit). When opposing players contact the ball at the same instant, the player on the side of the net which the ball falls shall be considered the last player to touch the ball.

They are just taking the rule (9-6-4d and clanging one word to make the statement false (and, thus, be the answer to the question)
