What's your self-talk?
What's your internal monologue during each point?
Mine is setter (or opposite) position and back row hitter, pretty much constantly. But I'd like to hear what others remind themselves of. |

That, plus:
- if a team has one hitter that they set constantly, a reminder of whether that player is front or back row (yes, I know it's already covered by knowing the two / three back row players, but the extra reminder helps me). -- the specific rotation the team is in. |

That's what I mean by setter (or opposite) position. If the setter is #4 and the back-row hitter is #6, I'll think "4's in row 2 with 6".
As a partner once said to me, "That's a lot of math". Is there a more efficient way to keep that info in your head? |
