I'm wondering......... (by the way, this is kinda a story rather then a question) But this girl who shall remain "nameless" keeps taking over the team like she's the boss (when she's not) & then when the time comes when someone needs to take charge, she does nothing! At ALL!
So mainly what I'm asking is if anyone can help me with that sort of problem???? Maybe? ~CaliforniaChick
