Oh how I wish it was.
Have a few unsanctioned local leagues that insist on using ASA rules. Hard to use ASA rules without anyone being able to get a current rulebook without bribing someone that is an ASA sanctioned participant! And those are few and far between in this area, there was an attempt to get some ASA sanctioned ball down here a few years ago but nothing ever came of it. Ditto Little League. Summer ball leagues want to play by Little League rules, yet arent sanctioned so they cant get books.
