PGF vs ASA

Two weekends of PGF tourneys (my first PGFs ever) coming up, no access to rulebook. Anyone have any rules differences handy?

BR overruns 1B, ball in circle, breaks for 2nd after heading back to 1B...
Leaving bat out over the plate (bunt attempt)...
Did I hear something about leaps becoming legal?

My understanding is PGF plays NFHS rules with some pitching modifications. If the batter/runner overruns 1st and the ball is in the circle when they turn and head back to 1st, they have committed to 1st. If they then break for 2nd they have committed a lookback violation. NCAA is the one that allows the runners to still break for 2nd as long as they are returning straight back down the line and have not yet reached 1st base.

NFHS requires the bat to be withdrawn on a bunt attempt, if the batter leaves the bat out it is a strike.

Leaps, you may have heard it from the moron announcers on TV, but no the leap is not legal in any current rule set except IFS.
