2 outs, bases loaded, ball hit to fence. B-R is tagged out going into 3B. 3rd Out, timing play, 3 runs score.

But defense then appeals that B-R missed 1B and ump agrees. Can we have a FOURTH out on the same runner that committed another out? If so, then the LAST out is an "Appeal/Force Out" and no runs score. Right?

Yes.

Right.
The 4th out appeal can be used to remove a run from the book by changing a timing play 3rd out to a force play third out.

Except the runner leaving early on a catch is an appeal, not a force.

LDUB,
While your statement is correct, I don't see that it is relevant to what Tom said.

Right. Except that someone on some forum a week ago couldn't tell the difference between a force and a "tag the base" live ball appeal , so we have to keep everyone straight.

No runs score....Discussion to follow :)

Thanks Steve but I do remember the difference between the force and a tag up. LOL

There was was discussion a couple of years ago about how one of the major "baseball" interpreatations did not allow this. I don't know which one, but I just thought I would mention it. I do not personal agree with that interp and think that in your original play, I would allow the out at first. I do not know of any rules to prevent it.
