A runner is on his way home and a throw comes from the outfeild that is in the dirt just before the runner. The runner in his stride home kicks the ball in front of him. It is questionable as to whether it is an intentional kick or if it was an attempt to leap over the ball. I made no intereference call on the runner because he never broke his stride on his way home. Mean while the batter advanced to third. How would you call this one??

If it is "questionable as to whether it is an intentional" and the rule requires intent, then you don't know it was intentional, so it wasn't.
