Lazy line drive to right, 15-20' fair, U1 points fair. Is that a standard direction in NCAA, to point fair on all balls to right or left?

Once they turn and go, most people believe they must make some signal. If caught, obvious enough; If foul, obvious enough. If not caught and fair, the vast majority will either signal "safe" (meaning no catch) or "fair", rather than go out and do nothing.
