I had a hot shower.... Sunday Morning at 4:00 am, right before we boarded the RV to head back to Indiana.

Did any of you guy's at the clinic get your hands on the New ASA Shirt? If so what are your thoughts on it?
Looks like it's $32 versus $25 for the older version.

"NEW ASA approved lighter weight Performance Moisture management Pro-Style Polo Shirt with ASA embroidered letters on chest. Utilizes light weight Premium breathable teardrop polyester mesh with moisture management properties. 3 button placket, extended length cut split-tail, colorfast, soil release."

Haven't seen the new shirts yet, but see that they've finally been added to the OfficialGear.com website.

For anyone that has seen them, I would be interested in your take on the sizing. For most brands of shirts, an XL is pretty roomy on me- certainly enough that a chest protector will fit under it comfortably, without being too tight.

For the "old" ASA shirts, an XL is a snug fit for me. I wonder if the newer ones have a fuller cut?

I didn't see any equipment or uniforms at the UIC clinic.

I did see a sample of the new shirt at the council meeting in Dallas last November and it was made of a much lighter material. ASA properties has always had a concern that the lighter material wouldn't be as durable as the current shirts and they did express concerns about that.

As for sizing...I have no idea

The Indiana group took a drive out to the HOF stadium and visited the sales dept. They told us in there that they wouldn't be ready until April.

UIC Clinic

This was my first ASA UIC Clinic and I had a great time; it was nice to see some old friends and to make some new ones. I hope you all have a great season.
