Had a situation during a round robin PONY 18U fastpitch tournament where the pitcher had a necklace dangling a gemstone on her neck. Here's the kink in the cog, it wasn't real. It was either tattooed or drawn around her neck. This artwork was very realistic. Rule 6, Section 6B didn't apply because this artwork wasn't on the pitching hand, wrist, forearm, elbows or thighs.

I have an email into our local UIC. Any suggestions?

Michael

Since it wasn't real, there should be no issue. I don't understand why you are concerned about it.

During the three game round robin I had a few batters and coaches from different teams bring the necklace to my attention. I haven't heard back from my association's UIC yet.
