Ricky was also a basketball official and a really nice guy.

RIP Ricky. Heard about this Saturday morning from a couple of guys that work with him often. I've only worked with him twice, but he struck me as the type of partner everyone likes to have. He will be missed. Joe has funeral information if anyone needs it.

I met Ricky a few times through basketball and was struck with how genuinely outgoing and friendly he was.

I was scheduled to call a game with him two weeks ago in the Woodlands. I had talked with Ricky on the phone for a good while about the game ahead of us; he seemed like a great guy. I did not make it to the game because of work, although I regret not having a chance to call with him. Joe and the rest of the Houston TASO guys really liked him, Rest in Peace Ricky.
