If you can touch it with your foot (extremity) without the ball being held with your toes then you can touch it with your hand, nose, butt, knee, head or whatever other extremity you might wish to use..............I can't believe how many blues in the game for a long time don't really realize this.

Probably about as many who believe a batted ball off home plate is foul!
