Thumbs up

Scott [Skahtboi]

Pulled this from another site. Thought you might
enjoy.

I just wanted to say thanks to all the umpires at the USSSA 10U/14U state championship this weekend. Great attitudes with both players and coaches and overall very good umpiring. I hope the same bunch shows for the World Series. Checked with poster, they said it was the
Rowlett tourney.

Good Job Blue! Er Red I mean...

Glen, will you be working any of the USSSA Louisiana state tournament? Knew you had been down this way before.

Hey Glen:

Thanks. That's pretty darn cool. We all had a lot of fun there. Friday and Saturday the 10U were actually playing in Garland, but they moved them over to Rowlett on Sunday. It was hot and it was humid, but I really had a good time. Did 1 pool game and 10 brackets. I was tired when I got home Sunday night, but it was a good tired.

Where was this posted originally?

Scott,

On eteamz softball board.....We had 14U A's and B's. 8 of each on four
fields. I worked 7 on Sat. and 7 on Sunday with the A championship
game. Both A's and B's went to ITB's and the IF games.
In the A bracket it was Texas Heat beating W Houston Peppers.
Heat came from losers bracket. Not sure of B division.

Are you going to the World Series?

Glen:

I am slated to work the USSSA 10U World in Rowlett the week of 7/21 through 7/27. Any chance that you are going to be there?

Scott,

No, I will be in Beaumont for the NSA [all ages] world
series part of that time and then at the AFA Pre Nationals
and the Nationals. Sooner or later we will hook up. Sooner
I hope.
