for our new candidates. Small group, but two of them are guys whom we have had in leagues for a long time. At the first session we always have them do the first 25 questions of last year's NYSSO test at home with a rule book, then the next session we go over it, correcting it and explaining. It NEVER gets old to hear them say stuff like, "Ohhh, so THAT'S why you called that in that one game last year!" "Wow....I didn't know THAT..", etc. AND apologizing
