I had a coach(mad) and some umps(confused) about the pitching I and other coaches saw. Here is the senerio.
The pitcher took her right foot and bearly touched the pitching rubber, while her left NEVER touched the rubber @ all, then while in her pitching motion she would drag her right foot backwards that was barely on the rubber and completely stepped her left foot over the pitching rubber. Illegal or Not? PS: I thought both feet had to touch rubber on start.
