Good point, but what if there isn't two strikes and no swing?

I think it will work, but considering the manner in which many coaches at all levels approach something like this (as a strategy and target of abuse), I can see the rule causing as many headaches as outs to some.

And as we are seeing, it seems to be a bit blurry as opposed to a clean cut black and white rule.

We will see.
