2012 ASA Rule Book
Well, I'm disappointed. Even with what I thought was an overwhelming preference demonstrated this year, we still have the manual included in an "umpire" edition and there is still a team edition.
They left the "blocking a base" phrase in the obstruction RS which causes more confusion then helps and I'm not impressed with one-umpire mechanics anytime there is not a runner on 3B. Hopefully, the rest will be better than the first five minutes of review
