We had this happen to us last summer during a 16-under ASA game.
Batter tips catchers glove with swing. Ump calls catcher interference awards the base. We thought nothing of it besides thats like the 2nd time our catcher has ever been called for it. Next time same batter is up, pitch is thrown, its way high, catcher has to stand to made catch. Batter jumps up and backwards towards the catcher while swinging at the pitch. I saw this as trying to cause catcher interference. Ump didn't call anything, don't think he was brightest one in the first place. Is there a call you can make in this situation? ~R.I.P. Columbia~
