NCAA softball games
Last year there was a load of whining about the umpires calling fast pitches in the regionals and world series. I also know there was fallout in the umpire staff for the NCAA about it.
I haven't had much chance to watch the games so far. Has there been many illegal pitches called? Or have the pitchers cleaned up their act? Rita

Saw a couple called in UGA vs. Baylor game two. Seemed pretty cut and dried, F1 had both feet in the air. Coach came out for some discussion on first one, didn't bother on the 2nd.

The ones mentioned in the BU-UGA are the only ones I have heard about. They were very obvious leaps. I think there was more enforcement during the regular season, so it wasn't such a hot topic during the postseason.
